Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will promptly notify you with an updated delivery timeline.
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99.99. Orders under $99.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.99.

Returns & Exchanges
If there's any issue with the product you received (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
Unfortunately, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check your order before placing it.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we're happy to discuss flexible solutions.
